* The standard rental period for a backdrop is a maximum of five (5) working days or seven (7) days including shipping time.
*A 50% deposit is required for backdrop reservation. Above prices exclude GST,rigging (except for Party Drops), shipping costs and insurance.
* While we continue to produce multiple copies of our Australian permanent inventory, it may be necessary to acquire a duplicate of your preferred backdrop from one of our international offices. If this is the case, we will advise you at the time of booking and an additional freight fee will be added to your quotation to assist with international freight costs.
Renting a Backdrop
Our backdrops are in demand in all regions of Australia and through our network of global offices, booking your preferred theme backdrop at the earliest possible time before your event is advised.
4 Easy Steps to Renting a Backdrop
Step 1:
Browse through our Online Backdrop Themes Catalogue and decide on the backdrop/s you want to rent. Make a note of the backdrop Code Number.
Step 2:
Contact us by telephone on (07) 5520 2311, email:[email protected] or submit the order/contact form on our Website. Do not forget to give us the Backdrop Code and the dates required for rental.
Step 3:
We will check and confirm the availability of the backdrop for your required rental dates. We will contact you to confirm the availability of your preferred backdrop, then e-mail you a copy of our Quotation and Rental Agreement. (See: Rental terms and Conditions)
Step 4:
Read and sign the Quotation and then fax to our offices to confirm your booking. We will require a signed copy of our standard Rental Agreement and full payment before shipment of the backdrop/s.
